Real Estate Sales Associate

RANA PROPERTY GROUP Parramatta has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for candidates who will uphold our reputation and brand by delivering exceptional customer service.
You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and have a strong client focus.

What's involved?

Prospecting and lead generation in the local area
Daily prospecting calls (KPI's will be in place)
Arranging and conducting inspections including Saturday open homes and private inspections
Follow up open home attendees
Administration work on behalf of Principal
Database prospecting, development, and maintenance
Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
Handling all potential buyer inquiries
Attending marketing appraisals
Email, appointment, and diary management
Buyer callbacks following open homes
Setting up & collecting signboards
Attending weekly sales meetings & training

The Candidate:

1-2 years of real estate experience in leasing OR sales
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Must be 100% committed to succeed in real estate
The ability to think outside the square
Must be driven & hungry with good energy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $51,000.00 – $93,839.40 per year
Supplementary Pay:

Commission
