Prospecting and lead generation in the local areaDaily prospecting calls (KPI's will be in place)Arranging and conducting inspections including Saturday open homes and private inspectionsFollow up open home attendeesAdministration work on behalf of PrincipalDatabase prospecting, development, and maintenanceCustomer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitorsHandling all potential buyer inquiriesAttending marketing appraisalsEmail, appointment, and diary managementBuyer callbacks following open homesSetting up & collecting signboardsAttending weekly sales meetings & trainingThe Candidate: 1-2 years of real estate experience in leasing OR salesA current Real Estate Certificate of RegistrationValid driver's license and reliable vehicleMust be 100% committed to succeed in real estateThe ability to think outside the squareMust be driven & hungry with good energyJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $51,000.00 - $93,839.40 per year Supplementary Pay: CommissionWork Location: In person
