Responsibilities: Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies. Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance. Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions. Utilize effective marketing techniques to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants. Requirements: Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent or similar role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of local property markets, regulations, and legal requirements. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets. Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property listings and marketing.
