You must: Have a current driver's licence and car. Have a current real estate license and proven track record of success. Job Responsibilities: Database prospecting: prospecting calls, door knocking and associated activities. Administrative Support: Managing paperwork, data entry, scheduling appointments, organizing client information, and maintaining accurate records. Client Communication: Responding to client inquiries, emails, and calls, ensuring a high level of professionalism and promptness. Open House Coordination: Planning and coordinating open house events, ensuring all necessary materials are available and managing visitor registrations. Transaction Coordination: Assisting in the preparation and processing of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
