Qualifications:Be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a high degree of professionalism.Be highly motivated and ready to hit the ground running.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Will be results driven and willing to go above and beyond to achieve the very best!You must: Have a current driver's licence and car.Have a current real estate license and proven track record of success.Job Responsibilities:Database prospecting: prospecting calls, door knocking and associated activities.Administrative Support: Managing paperwork, data entry, scheduling appointments, organizing client information, and maintaining accurate records.Client Communication: Responding to client inquiries, emails, and calls, ensuring a high level of professionalism and promptness.Open House Coordination: Planning and coordinating open house events, ensuring all necessary materials are available and managing visitor registrations.Transaction Coordination: Assisting in the preparation and processing of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.Database Management: Maintaining and updating client databases and managing follow-up procedures to nurture client relationships.If this sounds like you, don't delay...we'd love to hear from you!
