The key tasks of the position may include:
Answering calls and first point of contact in the officeMeeting and greeting new clients in a warm & friendly manner to make them feel welcome in our officeGeneral administration duties to support the sales team which includesEntering appraisals into the client databaseEntering listings into the client databaseManaging new listing administration from sale to settlement including:Managing the Sales Agency AgreementsManaging the marketing collateral and online promotion of new listingsPreparing the contracts for saleManaging the story sheets with conveyancersUpdating the client database with relevant information when necessarySetting appointmentsKeeping an eye out on our high standards of presentationGeneral sales Developing our print marketing for local sales agent promotionProvide information including brochures and property lists to sales agents and new clientsAssisting with office marketing campaigns and sponsorshipsCollecting & accurately recording potential buyer informationDeveloping and looking to improve administrative processes for the sales agentsThe successful candidate will have:
