Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Create comprehensive listing packs for properties, showcasing their unique features and market potential.
Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to assist agents in pricing properties competitively.
Have a strong understanding of Form 6s and other necessary documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service throughout the sales process.
Draft contracts of sale from offer forms.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database.
Prepping properties to be launched to market.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate marketing efforts and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate processes, including CMAs and Form 6s.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in REIQ legislation
Proficient in DocuSign and Realworks
Understanding of Rex CRM software would be ideal but not required
