Real Estate Sales Administrator / Contracts Administrator

The Offer
Generous base salary package The opportunity to work for one of QLD's fastest-growing prestigious real estate agencies Monday to Friday only! No weekends!
THE ROLE:
Assisting only 3 top sales agents! Organising Sales Agents listing collateral including market updates, contract of sale, form 6's etc; Social media management Uploading and arranging open home schedule with property occupant Preparing all marketing collateral for new listing including signage, brochures, internet. Liaising with all conveyances, buyers and sellers in regards to contract terms Assisting in upcoming Project marketing.
ABOUT YOU:
At least 12 months experience in a similar real estate sales role Natural enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
