We are looking for a team player to join us in an exciting sales administrator role where no two days will be the same!The OfferGenerous base salary packageThe opportunity to work for one of QLD's fastest-growing prestigious real estate agenciesMonday to Friday only! No weekends! THE ROLE: Assisting only 3 top sales agents!Organising Sales Agents listing collateral including market updates, contract of sale, form 6's etc;Social media managementUploading and arranging open home schedule with property occupantPreparing all marketing collateral for new listing including signage, brochures, internet.Liaising with all conveyances, buyers and sellers in regards to contract termsAssisting in upcoming Project marketing.ABOUT YOU:At least 12 months experience in a similar real estate sales roleNatural enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentOur ClientOur client are market leaders in the industry and are firm believers that success breeds success celebrating each win as a team.
