THE ROLE:
Assisting sales agents with admin including form 6's Organising Sales Agents listing collateral including market updates, contract of sale etc; Uploading and arranging open home schedule with property occupant Preparing all marketing collateral for new listing including signage, brochures, internet. Liaising with all conveyances, buyers and sellers in regards to contract terms
ABOUT YOU:
Min 12 months experience in a similar real estate sales admin/contract admin role Must hold valid QLD Real Estate Certificate Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
