Real Estate Receptionist & Sales Administrator

$55,000 – $60,000 per year + Super + Bonuses We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and personable individual to join our real estate team as a hybrid Sales Administrator & Receptionist .
This dual role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
You will serve as the first point of contact for clients while also managing sales support functions to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities Reception Duties Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and a welcoming demeanour.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage and maintain the office's front desk, ensuring a tidy and organised workspace.
Handle appointment scheduling for agents and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist real estate agents with document preparation, including contracts, listings, and disclosures.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client and property information.
Coordinate property listings on multiple platforms, including MLS and online real estate portals.
Track and manage sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and client inquiries.
Prepare reports and analytics on sales performance, leads, and marketing campaigns.
Office Management Support Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist in planning and coordinating office events or training sessions.
Support marketing initiatives by coordinating open house materials, brochures, and other promotional items.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a receptionist, administrative, or sales support role (real estate experience preferred).
Familiarity with real estate contracts, MLS systems, and CRM tools is a plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic tech-savviness.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
