Our Front Desk Contracts and Client Liaison Officer is the heart of our team, often the first point of contact for our clients and contractors, and the first welcoming face you see when you visit our office.
The ideal candidate for this role will be naturally friendly and approachable, remain calm under pressure, be thorough and efficient with a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow repetitive procedures consistently and with high-level accuracy.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role with a real estate or contracts background, but as long as you are willing to learn and feel you tick the other boxes, we would love to hear from you.
The role would include: Answering all incoming calls and diverting to the correct Sales Associate taking messages where required and actioning emails. Greeting walk-ins in a friendly manner and assisting or referring to the appropriate person Sales and contract registration and processing, liaising with solicitors for satisfaction of conditions and settlements Drafting letters to Seller, Buyer and both Solicitors throughout the course of transaction Maintaining all sales records Assisting with agent administration as required Supervise and facilitate the collection of keys and other important documents Social media marketing knowledge Filing and Archiving Minor kitchen duties What we are offering: We will place the successful candidate into the REIQ Registration program.
