Bluechip Property is seeking a reliable Property Photographer to capture quality photos and videos of properties we purchase on behalf of our clients.
This casual role offers flexibility and suits someone with an eye for detail, a professional demeanor, and a passion for on-the-ball work.
Requirements Must own an iPhone (later models preferred for better-quality camera capabilities).A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.Availability to travel to properties as needed.Ability to dress professionally to represent the company (e.g., neat and presentable attire).Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities Visit properties purchased by Bluechip Property to take clear and professional photos and videos.Ensure images and videos accurately represent the property and its features.Coordinate with the real estate agent, as arranged by Bluechip Property, for access to the property.Submit all completed photos and videos promptly after each assignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
