As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing phone communications, warmly greeting guests, and providing administrative support to both our sales and property management departments.
Key Responsibilities: Managing Communication: Handle incoming phone calls with a warm and professional demeanour, ensuring excellent phone rapport and top-notch customer service.Greeting Guests: Be the welcoming face of our business, creating a positive and lasting first impression for our clients and visitors.Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support our sales and property management departments.Empathy and Proactivity: Demonstrate empathy, intuition, and a proactive approach to serving others, ensuring our clients' needs are met with care and efficiency.Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance, exhibit a positive, outgoing, and cheerful demeanour, and always uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and teamwork.Office Appearance: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised office environment, making it a pleasant and efficient workspace for all.Auction Support: Assist with auction registrations and open home support as required.Harcourts Real Estate, located in Carlingford Sydney NSW 2118, is a family owned and operated real estate agency specialising in residential sales and property management.
The role:Working from our Carlingford office you will be responsible for front of office operations while offering support to both our Sales and Property Management Teams.
About yourself: You must be prepared to undertake the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.Be passionate about a career in Real Estate.We support internal growth and promotion so if you are looking for a stepping stone to your Real Estate career then this is the job for you!
Office Hours: 8:45am - 5:30pm Mon – Fri
Salary Package: Negotiable
Job tasks and responsibilities First in line Telephone and Front Office ReceptionistMeeting, greeting and assisting clientsData base maintenanceArchiving and filingMaintain office and kitchen areas to be clean and tidy, making coffee for clients and colleaguesAssist sales and property management teams with ad hoc requestsLiaise with tenants/landlords/strata/tradespeopleTasks to increase as skills developSkills and experience Common senseDesire to help peopleNo calls or direct emails please - apply via SEEK only
