Job Description: Seeking a motivated and highly organised Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, managing the reception area, supporting the sales and property management teams, and helping maintain a positive and welcoming work environment.
You will play a key part in upholding a professional atmosphere, supporting team collaboration, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and managing inquiries.Greeting and assisting customers and visitors.Taking messages and ensuring timely follow-up.General office administration and maintaining an organized office.Supporting the sales and property management teams with administrative tasks.Keeping the office, meeting rooms, and kitchen tidy.Managing travel bookings and arrangements.Coordinating couriers and deliveries.Required Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or administration role is essential.Previous experience in a corporate, retail, or hospitality setting is highly regarded.Confidence with setting up video conferencing, AV equipment, and conference calls is desirable.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications is preferred.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.A professional and polished appearance.Key Competencies: A positive and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to getting the job done to a high standard.Ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities in a busy environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.High emotional intelligence, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of personalities.A friendly, approachable, and easygoing personality, ideal for fostering a team-oriented and positive office culture.Passionate about providing outstanding service and remaining calm under pressure.Demonstrates respect, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.You will be a brand ambassador and play a key role in contributing to a positive company culture.
