The Role As a Senior Associate or Associate in this team, you will: Represent prestigious clients in high-value real estate transactions, including corporate real estate acquisitions, due diligence, leasing, and development projects.
Provide strategic advice on complex property matters while navigating sophisticated legal and commercial challenges.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, contributing to the team's overall success.
What You Need To thrive in this role, you must have: Top-Tier Experience : A minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience within a top-tier firm.
Technical Expertise : Proven ability to manage complex real estate transactions with precision and a client-focused approach.
Leadership Skills : Capability to guide junior lawyers and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
