The role Our busy Real Estate team in Melbourne are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Lawyer keen to grow and develop in a team of high-performing property professionals! This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with three Partners and a collaborative team, on a broad range of commercial property work including: Sales and acquisitions Leasing Urban development projects general property advice Development and disposals of aged care facilities Sales and acquisitions of farms Subdivisions Financing for acquisitions and developments In this role you will be exposed to a range of clients including commercial landowners, managed investment schemes, residential and commercial developers with direct client contact.
