This is a rare senior position in a large national law firm which is well known for their Real Estate practice.
Working closely with a recognised expert in the property industry, you will be contributing to a well-run team.
This team assists their clients with commercial, retail, industrial, and rural property matters.
The work mix will include:
acquisition and disposal of real estate;leasing;developments;property management and strata;acquisition and due diligence for rural property interests;commercial matters, purchase and sale of business, service arrangements, and contract formation.The successful applicant will have 7+ years' post admission experience working in Commercial Property Law.
The ideal background will be from a similar national firm or recognised specialist Commercial Property Law practice.
