This is no ordinary admin role — you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, coordinating client support across sales administration, managing contracts and compliance and ensuring the team is always one step ahead.Key Responsibilities:Appointment Prep & Coordination: Prepare market appraisal packs and all necessary documentation to keep appointments and vendor meetings on track.Compliance Management: Manage contract processes and essential documentation, ensuring 100% compliance.Contract Administration: Process contracts, maintain all related documentation and set up buyer communication groups.Settlement Process: Coordinate settlements, order settlement gifts, track anniversaries, and maintain timelines with a high level of detail.Prospecting Support: Help enhance sales efforts by creating call lists and managing prospect reminders.Calendar & Inbox Management: Keep the lead Agent organised with seamless calendar and email oversight.Event Coordination: Plan and execute client functions, including venue logistics, budget management and special requests.QualificationsTop-notch organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep the Lead Agent and clients connected.Experience with CRM and project management tools (Rex, Trello).High attention to detail — you catch the small things that others may miss.A proactive approach to problem-solving with a knack for anticipating needs.Why Join this team?Their employees are highly valued, with hard work and dedication always recognized and rewarded.
