Real Estate Courier

Fast-growing real estate team looking for a courier/runner to install lock boxes, directional signs, etc. and help advertise our open houses. As a runner, you should enjoy working outside, manual labor, and take pride in seeing your work displayed all over town.
You must have flexibility in your schedule and your own transportation.
ResponsibilitiesInstall and remove lock boxes and signs (directionals, open house, etc.) from propertiesKeep accurate inventory of signs & lock boxesRun errands and complete miscellaneous tasks as neededQualificationsValid driver's licenseAvailability for up to approximately 20 hours per weekMust be able to work physically in all weather conditionsOrganized with a high degree of integrityProblem solver, intuitive, and team playerCompensation$1.30/mile
