We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage sales campaigns, create memorable client experiences, and provide essential administrative support for our sales team.
The Role: - Script writing for listings, this includes visiting properties
- Preparing marketing material for listings using provided templates
- Managing office promotions
- Managing social media accounts
- Maintaining client relationships
- Stock management and organising a high volume of client gifts
- Greeting clients and taking phone calls
- Administration support
- Assisting sales agents
Requirements: - You must have a current driver's license and access to a car at all times, as this position requires you to visit properties throughout the day.
- A mobile phone is essential for this role.
- Preferably you have previous experience in an office environment.
- As this is a client-facing role, you must present well and possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients both over the phone and face-to-face.
- You will be responsible for script writing and producing marketing material for property listings, so you must be a fluent writer with a creative flair and impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
- You should have a passion for real estate; prior experience and knowledge in the field is favourable.
- You must possess exceptional time management skills and be well-organized to adhere to strict deadlines.
- You are self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
