Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, your day-to-day will be varied, dynamic, and impactful.
You'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships and driving new business within property management.
Generate New Business: Manage inquiries through internal and external referrals, cultivate new leads, and actively seek out fresh new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales & Property Managers: Work closely with Sales Agents and Property Managers to enhance their databases and optimise rent rolls.
Market Appraisals: Conduct appraisals, often alongside Sales Agents, and provide expert insights to clients.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering professional advice and ensuring a positive experience.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads, filter through hot prospects, and convert them into lasting business.
What We're Looking For:
Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in business development within the real estate industry.
Certifications: A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you're comfortable engaging with clients and the team.
Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
