Where the team fits in
The Senior Product Designer is a member of the Design team which partners with Product and Engineering teams across the business create amazing products and experiences for our consumers and customers.

In this role, you'll be responsible for understanding user needs and business opportunities to bring amazing products and features to life that find product/market fit, growing our business and delighting our consumers and customers. To do this you'll be leveraging your extensive experience in design and applying it to work towards the vision for a product, feature or experience utilising our design system, design principles and playbook.
This role is about raising the bar using your craft, mentoring others and creating amazing products and experiences.
As a Senior Product Designer i n our Media team, you will pl ay a pivotal role in the discovery, creation, and iteration of advertising products that push the boundaries of digital media. You will be responsible for leading the design strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives that align with our clients' business goals as well as REA.
What the role is all about
Conduct research to identify industry trends and user needs
Develop and articulate a clear product design vision
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing
Work with marketing, sales, and client services to understand client needs
Partner with development teams to ensure successful product implementation
Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions
Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies
Advocate for creative and innovative design solutions
Present design concepts to stakeholders
Who we're looking for
Experience working in eCommerce (brand or agency side) is highly desirable
Experience within a Media and/or Creative Agency is highly desirable
Strong Discovery skills
Someone with a few runs on the board, experience designing products using industry standard design tools and best practice processes
Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment to create impact
An experimentation mindset, working through ambiguity to have impact at scale
Persuasively communicating design rationales and actively participating in critiques to drive high quality product outcomes
