Key Responsibilities:
Lead and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery. Optimize performance across suppliers and stakeholders, focusing on Manufacturing and Engineering. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth. Oversee project transitions from tender to execution, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules. Support the tendering team with technical, commercial, and contractual reviews. Monitor and report project performance with accurate monthly summaries and forecasts. Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Mentor and lead the project delivery team to uphold approved processes and timelines. What You Bring to the Role:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience). At least 10 years in the mining/resource industry, with 5+ years in project management roles. Proven experience delivering high-value manufacturing projects. Strong leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred). Why Join Us?
