ROLE: Be the iCare Quality Assurance Expert for the New Employer teams | Conduct File reviews | External and internal audits to ensure SLA compliance | Implement QA measures to improve service delivery | Develop new resources for your Team in collaboration with the R&D team at Uni | Provide training and mentoring to New Employer teams | Work with C-suite, Account Managers & other senior staff to achieve Company goals in service delivery, staff management and client relations | Be a positive, iterative change-maker | Full-time or Part-time
