We are seeking a detail oriented individual who has a passion for providing great customer service and the desire to exceed expectations.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer service and client satisfaction with our landlords and tenants. You will play a key part in building client relationships and overseeing all aspects of the day to day management of a rental portfolio.
Skills & Experience A real estate 'property management license' / 'sales representative license' is desirable and / or previous real estate experience but not essential. Must have or be willing to complete your Property Management Registration. Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle. A high level of organisational and prioritising skills. An understanding of the importance of providing exceptional service and communication to clients. Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies. Process driven and proven ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail, grammar and tone. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Punctual, organised and structured positive mindset, able to use initiative and be internally driven. Corporately presented. Ability to problem solve, multitask and meet deadlines. A strong passion to expand your Real Estate knowledge and experience with the willingness to learn. A strong focus on customer service and follow-up and care for the sustainability of long term and repeat business / customer. Ability to work in a team environment with a strong team culture mindset. An honest individual who values integrity. Tasks & Responsibilities Management of your own designated portfolio. Client, tenant and trade communications. Property inspections including routine, ingoing, outgoing and show throughs / opens. Lease renewals and rental reviews. Scheduling of maintenance and repairs. This position is very well suited to an individual with a self-driven personality, exceptional communication skills and ability to perform in a high pressure environment.
