As we experience a surge in opportunities, we are seeking expressions of interest for Construction Managers and Project Managers who specialise in delivering high-quality construction projects with a focus on roads, drainage, pavements, carparks, stormwater, commercial buildings, and associated activities.
Job Description:
As a Construction Manager or Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our civil construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate civil construction projects including roads, drainage, pavements, carparks, stormwater, and commercial buildings. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports. Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction management, specifically in roads, drainage, pavements, carparks, stormwater, and commercial building projects. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards. Proficient in project management software and tools. Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management. Skills and Attributes: Highly motivated, confident, and hardworking. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities. Effective problem-solving skills. High level of respect for both the work and colleagues. Ability to set high but achievable goals.
