As one of NSW's fastest growing regional Councils, Maitland City Council is embarking on a 2-year ERP implementation and migration program.
Maitland City Council has selected the TechnologyOne, One Council ERP SaaS solution and we are recruiting for roles within our ERP Program team.
We are excited to begin the journey of establishing our new ERP to support our highly skilled team and continue to make a true and meaningful impact on our community.
About the Role In this role, you will support the implementation of Rating & Revenue requirements and reporting obligations within the TechnologyOne solution.
Providing subject matter expertise, you will define test cases, complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate the configuration's effectiveness in achieving the desired process outcomes.
You will engage closely with key stakeholders across the business, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to gather system requirements and create process maps, all with a focus on continuous improvement and effective change management.
Additionally, you will assist the Technology Stream with the extract and migration of data from our legacy ERP system to TechnologyOne, ensuring accuracy throughout the process and the successful adoption of TechnologyOne.
About You To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in local government and proven expertise with TechnologyOne software.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working within local government and a minimum of 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience with TechnologyOne.
Additionally, candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience within the Rating & Revenue space.
This is a temporary role, for a 24 month duration, working 35 hours per week.
