You'll play a critical role in supporting our Property and Rating policy and legislative compliance.What your day will look like:Contacting ratepayers with overdue ratesAssisting in the development of Council's Debt Recovery PolicyWorking closely with external agenciesCoordinating the processing of financial hardship applicationsProviding an excellent level of customer serviceQualifications:You'll have proven experience in a similar debt collection position, ideally with an understanding of local government legislation.
