Rapid Crushing & Screening Contractors Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with over 46 years of experience in the business of providing service and support to the civil contracting, mining and resource industries.
The Role: The successful applicant, who will report to the Site Manager, will need to demonstrate the ability to supervise a small team involved in crushing and blending operations on a 2/1 FIFO roster ex Perth.
Duties will include but are not limited to: Complete the required inspections, audits and HSE reports; Complete daily reports and submit in a timely manner; Schedule, plan and perform maintenance activities; Monitor and maintain stock levels; Ensure the crushing plant operates to the maximum output capacity; Actively supervise all employees and sub-contractors on site; Conduct internal training when required; Operating ROM Front End Loader as and when required. Minimum Requirements: At least 2-3 years "hands on" Supervisory experience in mine site/quarry/mobile crushing operations; Mobile Plant and/or Trade Qualified; Have demonstrated strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills; WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors (SRMS); National Police Clearance within the last 12 months; Construction White Card; Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (desirable); Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable); Conduct Front End Loader / Skidsteer Operations; High Risk Work Licenses DG RB C6.
