About the Position
The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and promote the provision of compliance, education and high-quality customer service to residents, ratepayers, visitors and internal customers. This position may be required to work after hours, as and when required.
To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate:
Possession of a tertiary qualification in Business or extensive on-the-job experience supplemented by suitable management development qualifications. Significant experience in a compliance role. Experience in supervising and managing employees. Excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiations and conflict resolution skills. Strong ability to manage budgets, contracts and agreements across a range of services. A current 'C' Class Driver's Licence. A current National Police Clearance. Ready to Apply
