About the role: The Ranger & Emergency Services team play a vital role within our local community.
Due to a recent internal appointment, we now have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join this friendly team, with guaranteed ongoing work until the end of the financial year.
This is an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door with one of the region's largest employers and gain valuable experience working in local government.
Reporting to the Senior Administrator, you will provide administrative services to the business unit and provide exceptional customer service to our local community and visitors.
This is a fast paced and exciting role, suiting someone who loves being busy and enjoys variety in their working day.
This is a Part Time role, working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday), between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, with guaranteed work until 30 June 2025.
What you need to succeed: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies: Highly developed organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Developed problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
