Attraction points: * Kick start your career in conservation and land management * Be part of a supportive and motivated team culture * Competitive Salary + Rostered Weekend Allowance (if eligible) + Superannuation About the role This Ranger Field Services role is based at Nathalia (fixed term through to 30 June 2025) and services a number of parks and reserves, most notably the Barmah National Park which is jointly managed with the Yorta Yorta Nation Aboriginal Corporation.
This role will deliver in-park services and on-ground works such as maintenance of assets, infrastructure, and facilities and the field delivery of environmental projects.

It is a statutory authority with responsibility for managing an expanding and diverse estate covering more than 4 million hectares, or about 17 per cent, of Victoria.
We're looking for someone with: * Certificate or Diploma in Natural Resource Management and/or equivalent experience in a similar field * Plant, chainsaw and machinery operation experience * Demonstrated practical skills in the maintenance and operation of machinery, small equipment and tools * Demonstrated skills in the maintenance and construction of a range of park facilities, including, signs, campgrounds, fences and walking tracks * Demonstrated experience in self-management and strong interpersonal skills Your application will need to include: * A Current Resume * A Cover Letter Application Close date: Sunday 2nd February 2025 Sound like you?
