The position will be accountable for the delivery of on the ground works including, but not limited to, maintenance of assets, infrastructure, and facilities; and the field delivery of environmental projects The Ranger (Field Services) will undertake Fire and Emergency response activities in accordance with requirements and level of training.
The Ranger (Field Services) will be accountable will be for personal performance and demonstrate a strong personal work ethic.
The position will actively participate in a team environment and ensure that the overall success of the team is considered to be an outcome of individual success.
The Ranger (Field Services) will be adaptable and flexible to on the ground service requirements in order to ensure superior park management services are achieved at all times.
We're looking for someone with: * Certificate or Diploma in Natural Resource Management and/or equivalent experience in a similar field.
* Demonstrated practical skills in the maintenance and operation of machinery, small equipment, and tools.
* Demonstrated skills in the maintenance and construction of a range of park facilities, including signs, campgrounds, fences, and walking tracks.
* Trade-related skills.
