As a Ranger Support Officer, you'll provide crucial administrative support to the Community Rangers team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for enforcing local laws, assisting in the management of the Animal Management Facility, and providing excellent service to the community.
Duties Key responsibilities include: Administering official notices and providing information to the public. Supporting the Rangers with administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and maintaining records. Processing customer service requests and assisting with statistical reporting. Ensuring compliance with local laws and statutory acts. Assisting with the daily operations of the Animal Management Facility. Who we are Looking for: To be considered for this position, you will need: Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities. Experience in handling animals and the ability to work in a team environment. A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
