Project Manager at Randstad Digital Randstad Digital are currently working with a well-known Utilities organisation in Brisbane to find a Project Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend past that point. This role involves working in the office which is in Brisbane's CBD 3-days per week.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members, business colleagues and vendors to ensure the capability (people, process, and technology solution) meets business requirements and is implemented using a structured, risk-managed approach to deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes. Negotiate achievable deadlines with the business and plan project tasks, resources, budget, milestones etc from project execution through to delivery and handover to support. Manage project scope, risks, issues, budget, and all deployment deliverables. Monitor the progress of projects, track, and clear roadblocks. Ensure a regular cadence of meetings within the team and upwards with management, stakeholders and steering committees. Ensure required documentation and reports within the project lifecycle and in accordance with the D&T delivery framework are produced and maintained centrally. Necessary Skills: 5+ years relevant, demonstrated experience in implementing technology-enabled improvements within similar sized organisations. Familiarity with Agile project management principles. Proven experience in project management within the information and records management field. Strong understanding of information management principles, technologies and strategies would be desirable. Knowledge of the delivery of data driven document control activities and how they apply through the full lifecycle of Infrastructure, Resources and/or Energy projects.
