The Role
Project Manager joining a well-established team delivering high quality fitout and refurbishment projects in the commercial fitout and refurbishment sector. Forecast and manage project budgets. Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team. Manage RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants. Procurement including scope of work & tender package. Experience/Qualifications Required
A stable track record in delivering commercial fitout projects ranging from $2m - $20m. Fitout & refurbishment experience highly regarded. An ability to manage programme, schedule, and sequence trades effectively. Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar. A natural ability to drive the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients alike. A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
