Responsibilities:
Delivering compassionate and individualised care to residents Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring and reporting on the health and well-being of residents Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Key Requirements:
