Federal Government: EL1 Graphic Designer

Salary: $602.55 per day plus super

We're seeking an EL1 Graphic Designer to join a Federal Government agency where your creativity will help transform complex concepts into clear, impactful, and professional visual resources. In this role, you'll play a critical part in translating design thinking, service offerings, and ways of working into materials that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role As the EL1 Graphic Designer, you will:
Develop innovative and engaging design solutions aligned with agency values, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality outcomes. Create visual narratives to effectively communicate key messages while maintaining strong brand awareness and attention to detail. Coordinate the design process, manage stakeholder expectations, and incorporate feedback to achieve project goals. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, design tools, and Microsoft Office, including creating shared templates. Apply creative problem-solving to design challenges and uphold high standards in design quality, accuracy, and consistency. Essential Criteria To be successful in this role, you will need:
Australian Citizenship Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related field. Experience designing across digital, print, and presentation platforms. Design Software Expertise - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software tools. Why Join This Federal Government Agency?
