An opportunity currently exists for an experienced administrative professional to provide support to the Executive team in the role of Executive Assistant.
The successful applicant will be required to work on a fixed term full-time/part-time basis for approximately 12-months.
The Position This multi-facet role will provide support to the Executive team and ensure professional administrative and secretarial services are available in order to achieve organisational goals and excellence in service delivery.
To provide coverage and backup for hospital and/or consulting suite reception as part of a team that works cooperatively sharing roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of all customers.
A thorough understanding of the importance of being able to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information across the responsibilities is also required of the role.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills demonstrating a high level of commitment to providing excellent service outcomes for all patients, visitors and doctors.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft programs (ie.
Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, TEAMS).
Proven ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and independently as required.
Proven organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
Demonstrated problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills.
Degree/Diploma in Office Administration.
Certificate in Medical Terminology.
Experience in hospital mainframe systems (eg.
