Job Description: We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operation Manager to oversee and coordinate the upkeep and repair of residential properties in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value. The Executive reports directly to the Property Manager based in Sydney. The job location is in Indirapuram. Fluency in spoken English is a must for this role.
Salary: Up to 6 Lac per annum.
Experience: Should be between 1-5 years.
Key Responsibilities: Respond proactively to landlord and tenant repair and maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Get approvals and quotes for the requested jobs. Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance tasks. Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, costs, and completed work. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Response Time to Maintenance Requests: Measure the average time taken to acknowledge and resolve tenant requests. Completion Rate of Scheduled Maintenance: Track the percentage of preventive maintenance tasks completed on schedule. Tenant Satisfaction Rating: Use feedback or surveys to gauge satisfaction with maintenance services. Work Order Accuracy and Timeliness: Evaluate the clarity, completion, and turnaround time of work orders issued. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively. Excellent Communication: Clear, empathetic communication with tenants, landlords, and vendors. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to assess issues quickly and determine the best resolution approach. Attention to Detail: Accurate tracking and follow-up on maintenance requests. Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience using CRM software. Customer Service Orientation: Dedicated to providing a positive experience for tenants and landlords. #J-18808-Ljbffr
