Pacific Coastal Airlines is looking for a permanent part-time (20-32 hours per week) Ramp Agent based in Victoria. We are seeking a candidate who is looking to enjoy a family-oriented, dynamic, and rewarding work environment. Pacific Coastal Airlines is headquartered at the South Terminal building at Vancouver International Airport. We fly scheduled and charter service between busy international airports and remote destinations in the beautiful province of British Columbia.
Job Responsibilities: Marshall aircraftLoad and unload passenger luggage, cargo, containers/pallets, etc.Provide special handling of luggage/cargo as required/directedDrive and/or operate ground support equipmentAssist customers and crew during boarding/offloading of the aircraftPerform cabin cleaning tasks as operationally requiredReport all equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor/managerMaintain the highest standards of safety and security at all timesOther duties as assignedQualifications and Competencies: Strong teamwork and communication skillsValid driver's licenseValid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) would be an assetAbility to work outdoors during inclement weather conditionsFlexible to work any day of the week, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and/or irregular shiftsMust be able to obtain and maintain designated security clearanceCapable of lifting up to 70 poundsWhy Pacific Coastal Airlines?
