You will be an individual who can be trusted to work safely and ensures that the safety of your team mates is the highest priority.You will be rewarded with working on the most challenging projects and working with your OHW team to successfully deliver major projects and critical maintenance activities on Electrified Networks in Perth, Sydney and across Australia.Main duties and responsibilities Responsible for the on-site supervision of the Overhead Wiring Traction teams, external plant and sub-contractors.Develop effective relationships with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.Deliver quality projects on time, on budget and to client quality expectation.Responsible for the maintenance of project and site-specific documentation on site.Ensure compliance with relevant OH&S, rail safety and environmental regulations.Develop and foster a culture of OH&S and rail safety on the worksite.Provide reporting in line with RSA and client reporting requirements.About youSound knowledge of all types of overhead traction power equipment and their relevant maintenance and installation standardsSound level of skill in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead rail traction power systemsSound knowledge of high voltage Safeworking practices and proceduresSound knowledge of the WH&S Act and relevant rail safety policies and proceduresSound interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsExperience in leading a teamWillingness to commit to and work within RSA values and behaviours#J-18808-Ljbffr
