About the role:
Our reputation and dedication to excellence in the field of surveying has allowed us to build and maintain exceptionally strong relationships with Western Australia's biggest rail, mining and construction companies and continues to see us being engaged on more and more projects across the state. To support this growth we're seeking to enhance our team with more Rail Surveying professionals. A career with McDonald Surveys will see you undertaking projects from Perth to the Pilbarra so we do expect a degree of flexibility, as rosters will change from project to project, but our commitment to ensuring a healthy work/life balance is always unwavering.
About you:
Rail experience is desirable but by no means essential! If you're an experienced and qualified Surveyor with an interest in being trained in the specialist, but in high-demand, rail surveying skillset we can give you best in class training and technology to get you on your way in this rewarding career path. To be a contributing and effective member of our team we will expect you to demonstrate:
A proven track record of experience in Surveying (rail not required) using a broad variety of techniques. Tertiary qualifications in Surveying or Engineering will be essential. Share our values of People, Unity, Integrity & Excellence. A strong, yet professional, communicator who can talk with anyone! Willing to undertake FIFO work with flexibility on rosters depending on the project. A passion for technology and working with state-of-the-art survey equipment.
