We are seeking a quality champion to step into our Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager role – because we know safety isn't just a box to check, but a way of life!
This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing robust quality control systems and analysing quality data trends to help us stay ahead of the curve. You will conduct regular audits and inspections to help us ensure every batch is up to par!
We want to build on our reputation for quality and we need someone to help us lead the charge and elevate our standards.
To be successful in this role you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate with our wider team and bring us all along on the quality journey.
Reporting to the Head of Technical & Operations, this position is 40 hours per week (flexible) , leaving you time to surf, swim, take some yoga classes or whatever you might do to lift your vibe.
In addition to the above you will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
A strong passion and belief in making a positive impact on the environment and community through business. Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field. 5+ years' experience in food safety and quality management within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., FCP, HACCP). What are the benefits of working at Raglan Food Co?
