We are currently looking for a: Warehouse Team Member
About the role: Warehouse Team Members at Raging Waters Sydney are responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing stock, equipment, and other items from the Warehouse to ensure the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department.
Roles & Responsibilities: Receive, store, and transport stock in a safe and hygienic manner using proven work methods.Counting and confirming inventory stock levels.Picking and filling orders from stock for park outlets.Ensure all food and beverage outlets are well stocked.Operate vehicles safely and in accordance with Raging Waters Sydney policies and procedures.Perform goods loading/unloading operations with trucks, vans, and containers.Always maintain workplace and vehicles in a clean and hygienic manner.Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent guest service and promote a positive working environment.Assist with cleanliness within the food & beverage areas including sweeping, rubbish pick-up, clearing and cleaning tables, emptying rubbish bins, and cleaning work areas.Assist in other areas as required.Carry out all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Food & Beverage Coordinator, Food & Beverage Manager, or any member of the Management Team.Workplace Health & Safety (WHS): Follow and comply with Work Health Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.Correctly use all safety and personal protective equipment.Act as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours.Report WHS incidents, injuries, and safety activities to your direct Manager and First Aid at the time it occurs.Promote proactive hazard/near-miss reporting.
Report any hazards or near-miss incidents to your direct Manager and the People & Culture Director.Attend Work Group Meetings to discuss and promote safety.Requirements: Education: Current Australian Manual Driver's LicenceForklift LicenceLanguages: Fluent English
Skills: Customer service skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Knowledge of Food Safety requirements.Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner.Good organisational skills.Experience: Experience in a similar role.Inventory management experience.Relationships: Internal: General Manager / Facilities / Finance / Food & Beverage / Guest Experience / Operations / People & Culture / Retail / Sales & Marketing.
External: Guests / Contractors / Suppliers / Business Partners.
