We are currently looking for a: About the role: Park Presentation Team Members at Raging Waters Sydney are responsible for providing a clean and hygienic environment for both team and guest areas. Park Presentation Team Members will exceed guest expectations by ensuring that all tasks related to keeping the facility to the highest standards in terms of cleanliness, appearance, and safety are completed with clean floors and rubbish promptly removed. Attention is to be paid to company environmental policy in terms of chemical usage and waste disposal.
Roles & Responsibilities: Maintaining park presentation standards to the highest level.Helping ensure overall park cleanliness including sweeping, rubbish pick-up, clearing and cleaning tables, emptying rubbish bins, maintaining picnic areas, birthday & cabana areas, and restrooms.Keeping all public areas neat and tidy, including wiping down tables and removing any rubbish.Empty trash bins and clean and wash bins regularly.Clean all restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors.Vacuum all carpet areas.Clean all staff areas including offices, staff rooms, and restrooms.Disinfect touch points and railings.Complete pressure washing duties as directed.Complete grounds maintenance and work as directed.Report all repairs and replacements required.Remove cobwebs from buildings, entranceways, and stairwells.Assist other areas within the facilities department when needed.Assist in the development, implementation, delivery, and review of policies and procedures that ensure Raging Waters Sydney meets its various obligations including financial, workplace health and safety, industry, and legal requirements.Follow company environmental policies regarding chemical usage and waste disposal.Carry out all duties and responsibilities assigned by the Park Presentation Coordinator, Park Presentation Team Leader, Director of Operations, and any member of the Management Team.Workplace Health & Safety (WHS): Follow and comply with Work Health Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.Correctly use all safety and personal protective equipment.Act as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours.Report WHS incidents, injuries, and safety activities to your direct Manager and First Aid at the time it occurs.Promote proactive hazard/near miss reporting. Report any hazards or near-miss incidents to your direct Manager and the People & Culture Director.Attend Work Group Meetings to discuss and promote safety.Requirements: Languages: Fluent English
Skills: Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work, both individually and as a team, within a set timetable and in a changing environment.Think laterally and apply logical thinking to solve difficult problems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with the principles of quality customer service.Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner.Take initiative and execute plans to accomplish strategic objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Relay accurate information and advice to customers in a pleasant and helpful manner.Experience: Desirable: Cleaning experience.

External: Guests / Contractors / Suppliers / Business Partners.
