Team Collaboration and Leadership: A team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively, provide training to junior staff, mentor intermediate CT users, and oversee students on clinical placement.
Operational Efficiency and Problem-Solving: Ensure timely examinations, troubleshoot workflow or IT issues, and escalate challenges to the Modality Head or Imaging Manager when necessary.
Quality Assurance and Professional Development: Identify and address equipment and quality issues, ensure compliance with departmental processes, and demonstrate a strong commitment to CPD, sharing knowledge within the team.
