Our Health Service is expanding and so is our Medical Imaging team!The Radiographer Clinical Educator is a registered Medical Radiation Practitioner who provides a high-quality diagnostic imaging service in a major regional hospital and is the department clinical educator.The Radiographer Clinical Educator may be required to work across a range of clinical areas and imaging modalities and perform "on-call" duties as rostered.Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:Demonstrated advanced level of general medical imaging clinical knowledge, expertise and skill. Evidence of continuous professional development activities.Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative counsel to stakeholders on education matters falling within their given area of responsibility.Demonstrates management skills, especially in the areas of education processes and the development of staff skills.Demonstrated ability to use strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage staff to ensure the efficient provision of a quality service, mentoring and delegating appropriately for strategic and operational management of the medical imaging team.Demonstrated ability to lead change management processes within Medical Imaging.Benefits:17.5% annual leave loading (Additional allowances/entitlements may apply).12.75 % employer contribution to superannuation.Further information regarding this role please download and read the attached Role Description and Information Packages.
