A job to be proud of: As our Radio Installer , you'll transform fleet vehicles into fully equipped emergency responders, fitting them with the critical communication tools they need to reach people in their time of need.

Every day will bring new challenges as you coordinate installation schedules, maintain essential equipment stocks, and collaborate with both career and volunteer teams.
Your expertise will keep our fleet connected, supporting smooth and safe operations at all times.
If you're mechanically inclined, proactive, and ready to make a tangible impact, this role is your chance to turn technical skills into life-saving results.
What you'll do: Install and deinstall communication equipment as directed.
Follow vehicle delivery schedules to keep workflows smooth.
Meet KPIs for all installation and deinstallation tasks.
Support ambulance staff and volunteers with system and radio needs.
Coordinate installation schedules with metro and regional teams.
Keep the fleet management system updated.
Maintain stock levels of necessary equipment and consumables.
What you'll need: Experience with radio frequency tech and communications equipment.
Ability to work independently.
Mechanical skills and familiarity with 12-volt systems.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Professional communication with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of 3G, 4G, WIFI, and satellite tech (desirable).
Experience installing emergency lights and sirens (desirable).
